A Few Words About Mike
Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, Mike Thompson first started doodling at an early age when he learned how to read from comic books. Even though he never took an art class, he kept up with his hobby and often found himself sketching all over his notes during his time at school (much to the annoyance of his teachers). After spending his childhood teaching himself how to draw, he complemented the skillset by mastering graphics software like Photoshop, Painter, and Illustrator.
Since leaving high school, Mike went on to Whitman College where he earned his bachelor's degree in History and is now attending Northern Arizona University degrees in both photography and advertising.
Before you ask: yes, he still reads comic books.
